Identification is an essential step in the closing process. Please bring a valid government-issued picture ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, to the closing. This ensures a smooth transaction by verifying your identity and aligning with necessary legal requirements.

Any amount over $10,000 will need to be wired. Please contact our office for wiring instructions. If funds are less than $10,000, you may bring a certified check made payable to Clarksville Title & Escrow, LLC.
